About Sup'Biotech
SUP’BIOTECH is an engineering school located in the Paris metropolitan area and specialized in the different fields of Biotechnology.
We are part of the technological cluster of IONIS Institute of Technology, the first French private higher education group. This cluster also includes EPITA and EPITECH, schools specialized in computer science and information technology, and IPSA, our school of aeronautics.
SUP’BIOTECH’s pedagogy is a multidisciplinary balance between scientific and engineering qualifications (theoretical lessons, laboratory practical experiments and projects), management skills, industrial know-how as well as knowledge of the biotechnology market both domestically and internationally. The different professors and lecturers come from different horizons such as universities, research centers and industry.
English is used throughout the program with classes taught entirely in English during the Expertise cycle.
Sup’Biotech’s students are therefore prepared for a wide range of responsibilities in various biotechnological and international companies working in the field of health, cosmetology, environment and food.
Sup’Biotech’s five-year program includes two cycles that correspond to the new European standards.
- The first cycle, which lasts three years, leads to a Bachelor’s degree from Sup’Biotech. Upon completion of the subsequent two-year cycle, students are awarded the Biotechnology Expert diploma.
- During the Expertise cycle, lectures are given in English and optional courses are proposed: Research and Development, Production or Marketing and Sales.
