Il est situ\u00e9 au coeur du campus SupBiotech<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le potentiel de certains proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de biotechnologies y est \u00e9tudi\u00e9 afin de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles voies de valorisation de co-produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-axes-de-recherche\"><strong>Axes de Recherche<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-poirocop-les-co-produits-maraichers-au-secours-de-cultures-vulnerables\">POIROCOP, <strong>les co-produits maraichers au secours de cultures vuln\u00e9rables<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet POIROCOP s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte o\u00f9 les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever pour l\u2019agriculture sont immenses.&nbsp;&nbsp;Face \u00e0 une d\u00e9mographie croissante,&nbsp;le maintien&nbsp;des niveaux de production ainsi que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire repr\u00e9sentent des enjeux majeurs pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les consommateurs sont en attente d\u2019une alimentation durable et, les nouvelles contraintes r\u00e9glementaires incitent&nbsp;les agriculteurs \u00e0 modifier leurs pratiques agricoles en limitant notamment l\u2019utilisation des produits phytosanitaires&nbsp;au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des&nbsp;produits de biocontr\u00f4le.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019agriculture g\u00e9n\u00e8re de nombreux co-produits issus des r\u00e9coltes et\/ou de la transformation des produits de culture. Les co-produits de cultures mara\u00eech\u00e8res, en particulier ceux de la culture de poireau font partie des coproduits peu valoris\u00e9s ou abandonn\u00e9s en champ. Partant de ce constat, le LRPIA a mis au point un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 innovant permettant de transformer cette biomasse tout en pr\u00e9servant ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antifongiques (Brevet, 2022). Ces extraits pourraient ainsi enrichir la gamme des solutions de biocontr\u00f4le (encart) disponibles pour une agriculture plus durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Le LRPIA travaille en collaboration avec une station d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation l\u00e9gumi\u00e8re, le <strong>SILEBAN<\/strong>, pour mener des essais sur le terrain et le <strong>LABEO<\/strong>, p\u00f4le d\u2019analyse et de recherche interd\u00e9partemental de Normandie pour une \u00e9valuation de risques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un financement de la <strong>r\u00e9gion Normandie et la Communaut\u00e9 Europ\u00e9enne<\/strong> . Il mobilise des organismes vivants (insectes, champignons, bact\u00e9ries), des substances naturelles ou des m\u00e9diateurs chimiques comme les ph\u00e9romones. L\u2019objectif est de limiter l\u2019usage des pesticides, de prot\u00e9ger la biodiversit\u00e9 et d\u2019accompagner la transition vers une agriculture plus durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-tertiary-background-color has-background\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-tertiary-color has-text-color\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-le-ngs\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-bottom:0;padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que le NGS ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-tertiary-color has-text-color has-small-font-size\" style=\"text-align: justify; hyphens: auto; line-height: 1.6; padding: 0 var(--wp--preset--spacing--30) var(--wp--preset--spacing--30) var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);\">Le NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) regroupe des technologies de s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de l\u2019ADN et de l\u2019ARN \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit, permettant d\u2019analyser des millions de fragments en parall\u00e8le pour obtenir rapidement le code g\u00e9n\u00e9tique complet d\u2019un organisme. Parmi ces technologies, le s\u00e9quen\u00e7age par nanopores repose sur le passage d\u2019un brin d\u2019ADN ou d\u2019ARN \u00e0 travers un minuscule pore biologique ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans une membrane. Les variations de courant \u00e9lectrique mesur\u00e9es lors du passage des bases (A, T, C, G) permettent de lire directement la s\u00e9quence en temps r\u00e9el, sans \u00e9tape complexe d\u2019amplification. Cette m\u00e9thode, simple et portable, ouvre la voie \u00e0 des applications en recherche biom\u00e9dicale, en diagnostic rapide et m\u00eame sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-algaholobiont-l-exploration-du-microbiome-marin\"><strong>ALGAHOLOBIONT, l\u2019exploration du microbiome marin<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Le projet AlgaHolobiont aborde un aspect sp\u00e9cifique de la recherche environnementale en biotechnologie marine. Ce travail est men\u00e9 en collaboration avec le <strong>Mus\u00e9um national d&rsquo;histoire naturelle de Paris<\/strong>, au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe <strong>Chimie et biologie des micro-organismes<\/strong>. Le projet utilise des outils omiques de pointe pour \u00e9tudier les micro-organismes et leurs interactions avec l&rsquo;environnement ou les organismes h\u00f4tes. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;\u00e9lucider les interactions \u00e9troites entre les champignons, les bact\u00e9ries et les virus \u00e0 la surface des macroalgues \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;\u00e9cologie chimique et de la biologie mol\u00e9culaire. La transcriptomique spatiale est utilis\u00e9e pour mieux comprendre ces associations \u00e9troites et leur importance dans la culture des macroalgues et leur sensibilit\u00e9 aux agents pathog\u00e8nes. Cette approche offre une vision fine de la diversit\u00e9 microbienne et des interactions au sein des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes. Les projets en cours portent notamment sur l\u2019\u00e9tude du <strong>microbiote des sols<\/strong> et du <strong>microbiote des rivi\u00e8res<\/strong>, avec pour objectif de mieux comprendre leur r\u00f4le dans la dynamique environnementale et la sant\u00e9 des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-biomycelium\"><strong>BioMycelium<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet <strong>BioMycelium<\/strong> a conduit en collaboration avec le CEA et l\u2019entreprise <strong>ECOVOLTA<\/strong> et visait \u00e0 valoriser les sciures de bois issues de la premi\u00e8re transformation de cette ressource renouvelable. Le LRPIA a mis au point un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fermentation utilisant des champignons filamenteux comestibles, permettant de transformer ces coproduits en ingr\u00e9dients pour l\u2019alimentation animale. Ce projet a conduit au d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019un brevet en mars 2018 et illustre la capacit\u00e9 de convertir des d\u00e9chets abondants en ressources durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
