Ces microscopes permettent de visualiser des structures en 3D  tout en minimisant la phototoxicit\u00e9 et le photoblanchiment. Les appareils sont ouvert \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 scientifique : chercheurs, partenaires acad\u00e9miques ou industriels, ainsi qu\u2019aux <strong>\u00e9tudiants de SupBiotech<\/strong> dans le feuillet de lumi\u00e8re<\/strong> (Light Sheet Fluorescence Microscopy \u2013 LSFM) utilise un fin plan de lumi\u00e8re pour illuminer l\u2019\u00e9chantillon, couche par couche, tandis qu\u2019un objectif perpendiculaire capture les images.<br>Cette technique permet de <strong>scanner rapidement des volumes entiers en 3D<\/strong> tout en limitant l\u2019exposition lumineuse, ce qui la rend particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019imagerie d\u2019\u00e9chantillons vivants, d\u2019organo\u00efdes ou de tissus \u00e9pais.<br>Elle offre ainsi un compromis unique entre vitesse, <strong>microscopie Thunder<\/strong> (Leica) combine la microscopie \u00e0 champ large classique avec un algorithme de <strong>computational clearing<\/strong>, qui \u00e9limine la lumi\u00e8re diffus\u00e9e hors du plan focal.<br>Elle permet d\u2019obtenir des images nettes et contrast\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el, sans n\u00e9cessiter de d\u00e9tection confocale. Cette technologie est id\u00e9ale pour l\u2019observation d\u2019\u00e9chantillons \u00e9pais, de tissus biologiques ou d\u2019organo\u00efdes, et constitue un outil compl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la microscopie Light Sheet pour la <strong>visualisation rapide et pr\u00e9cise en 3D<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Cr\u00e9dits : <em><strong>Microscope Thunder (Leica).<\/strong> Partenariat SupBiotech\/CEA<\/em>.
