Un objectif majeur de cette\nnouvelle plateforme de microscopie \u00e0 feuillet de lumi\u00e8re est de pouvoir\naccueillir et former les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de Sup\u2019Biotech.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un premier projet p\u00e9dagogique bas\u00e9\nsur l\u2019utilisation de la microscopie \u00e0 feuillet de lumi\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place\ndans le cadre du programme interdisciplinaire \u00ab Fil Rouge \u00bb \u00e0 destination des\n\u00e9l\u00e8ves de 4\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, en majeure R&amp;D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de ce projet, comprenant <strong>deux\nsemaines en laboratoire<\/strong>, la r\u00e9flexion sur la probl\u00e9matique, la pr\u00e9paration\ndes protocoles, les commandes et l\u2019\u00e9valuation budg\u00e9taire, ainsi que la conduite\net la pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en toute autonomie par les\n\u00e9tudiants, sous la supervision de tuteurs enseignants-chercheurs. A l\u2019issue de\nce travail, il est demand\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiants de concevoir un poster scientifique\n(3) afin de pr\u00e9senter leur projet devant un jury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, <strong>Camille Leconte<\/strong>,\n<strong>L\u00e9onard Raimbault<\/strong>, <strong>Camille Sous<\/strong> et <strong>Estelle Zhang <\/strong>ont \u00e9t\u00e9\naccueillis au CEA sous la supervision d&rsquo;Elise Delage (Ing\u00e9nieur de Recherche\nSup&rsquo;Biotech\/CEA) et Ferid Nassor (Doctorant au laboratoire CellTechs). Ils nous\nracontent leur exp\u00e9rience :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab Dans le cadre des Projets Fil\nRouge, notre \u00e9quipe compos\u00e9e de 4 \u00e9tudiants a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un\nprotocole pour la pr\u00e9paration et l\u2019observation de sph\u00e9ro\u00efdes de cellules\nHeLa-YFP avec le microscope \u00e0 feuillet de lumi\u00e8re. Ce projet s\u2019inscrivait dans\nun contexte scientifique plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un test de criblage de\nmol\u00e9cules pharmacologiques en oncologie.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, notre \u00e9quipe a pu appr\u00e9cier l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du microscope \u00e0 feuillet de lumi\u00e8re pour l\u2019imagerie en 3 dimensions de ces structures apr\u00e8s clarification en Ethyl Cinnamate (ECI), et explorer les avantages qu\u2019apporte ce type de microscopie pour l\u2019estimation du volume des sph\u00e9ro\u00efdes, une donn\u00e9e couramment extrapol\u00e9e pour le criblage th\u00e9rapeutique sur ce mod\u00e8le.
