Le 21 septembre a eu lieu la journ\u00e9e mondiale de la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer, une maladie qui touche pr\u00e8s de 900\u202f000 personnes en France. A cette occasion, Sup\u2019Biotech salue le travail du laboratoire CellTechs, associ\u00e9 au CEA, qui travaille depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es sur les maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives et plus particuli\u00e8rement sur la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer. Bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019utilisation de cellules souches pour cr\u00e9er des \u00ab\u202fmini-cerveaux\u202f\u00bb (ou organo\u00efdes c\u00e9r\u00e9braux), leurs travaux visent \u00e0 mieux comprendre les m\u00e9canismes pr\u00e9coces de cette pathologie afin de d\u00e9velopper  des strat\u00e9gies pr\u00e9ventives ou th\u00e9rapeutiques. Pour mener ces recherches ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du soutien de  la Fondation pour la Recherche M\u00e9dicale.<\/p>\n
