Le.a candidat.e doit poss\u00e9der de bonnes qualit\u00e9s de communication, et savoir g\u00e9rer les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes d\u2019un projet de recherche. Il\/Elle devra \u00eatre capable de travailler au sein d\u2019une \u00e9quipe et y jouer un r\u00f4le de leader afin de mener \u00e0 bien la coordination d\u2019un projet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">L\u2019activit\u00e9 de recherche du\/de la candidat.e sera int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 celle du laboratoire BIRL de Biologie Th\u00e9orique et de Bio-Production de Sup\u2019Biotech, dans le cadre d\u2019un projet collaboratif portant sur la Mod\u00e9lisation, le Contr\u00f4le et l\u2019Automatisation des Bior\u00e9acteurs, partenariat avec l\u2019IPSA, \u00e9cole a\u00e9ronautique du groupe IONIS, et le laboratoire de G\u00e9nie des Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et Mat\u00e9riaux (LGPM) de l\u2019Ecole CentraleSup\u00e9lec.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">La mission de recherche consistera \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et mener un projet de recherche sur la croissance des microorganismes en milieu h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne (par ex. gel) dans le cadre de la production de biogaz (hydrog\u00e8ne, m\u00e9thane) par des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fermentation. L\u2019Enseignant.e-chercheur.se aura la responsabilit\u00e9 du nouveau laboratoire de bioproc\u00e9d\u00e9s mis en place \u00e0 Sup\u2019Biotech (Villejuif).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">Activit\u00e9s de recherche :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">\u2022<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">Concevoir, fabriquer et mettre en \u0153uvre des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de bio-production pour :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00e9tudier la dynamique de croissance des micro-organismes en milieu h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; optimiser les rendement et faciliter le contr\u00f4le et l\u2019automatisation des bioproc\u00e9d\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Valider les mod\u00e8les th\u00e9oriques sur la dynamique de croissance en bior\u00e9acteur<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Mettre en place des capteurs pour l\u2019acquisition des donn\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Analyser les donn\u00e9es (traitement d\u2019images ou s\u00e9ries temporelles issues des sondes)<\/p>\n<p>Le travail de recherche de l\u2019enseignant.e-chercheur.se sera \u00e9valu\u00e9 sur la base des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 R\u00e9daction et communication des r\u00e9sultats (publication d\u2019articles scientifiques, conf\u00e9rences)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Contribution \u00e0 la recherche de financements pour mener \u00e0 bien les activit\u00e9s de recherche<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Int\u00e9gration dans le tissu institutionnel et professionnel du domaine<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Mission d\u2019enseignement :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le candidat ou la candidate retenu(e) participera activement aux enseignements propos\u00e9s dans le cadre du cursus des \u00e9l\u00e8ves-ing\u00e9nieurs de Sup\u2019Biotech. Les missions principales qui lui seront confi\u00e9es sont :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Enseigner les bases du G\u00e9nie des Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s (cours, travaux dirig\u00e9s, travaux pratiques) : transferts de mati\u00e8re, transfert thermique, g\u00e9nie de la r\u00e9action, thermodynamique, mod\u00e9lisation et dimensionnement des op\u00e9rations unitaires (dont les bior\u00e9acteurs) \u00e0 hauteur de 192h \u00e9quivalent TD par an<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Il\/elle participera au syst\u00e8me de tutorat en guidant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans leurs projets, le choix de leur cursus et en r\u00e9alisant leur suivi lors des stages<\/p>\n<p>Les enseignements seront assur\u00e9s en anglais. L\u2019\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique est compos\u00e9e de docteurs en sciences, d\u2019industriels et de professeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes, ils apportent leur exp\u00e9rience dans un esprit de proximit\u00e9 et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.
