Bien que les champignons soient pr\u00e9sents dans tous les environnements, la plupart des recherches disponibles sur les champignons se sont concentr\u00e9es sur les sols. Par cons\u00e9quent, le r\u00f4le et la composition des <strong>communaut\u00e9s fongiques dans les environnements aquatiques (marins et d&rsquo;eau douce)<\/strong> restent largement inexplor\u00e9s. L&rsquo;utilisation de diff\u00e9rentes amorces pour caract\u00e9riser les communaut\u00e9s fongiques a en outre compliqu\u00e9 les comparaisons entre les \u00e9tudes. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous ne disposons pas d&rsquo;une \u00e9valuation globale de base de la diversit\u00e9 fongique dans les principaux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un article en collaboration entre chercheurs d\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Vienne et<span class=\"s3\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\"> de l\u2019\u00e9cole d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">SupBiotech<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\"> paru le 25 avril dernier, dans la revue<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\"> Journal of Fungi, <\/span><\/span>nous avons tir\u00e9 parti d&rsquo;un ensemble de donn\u00e9es r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;ARNr 18S comprenant des \u00e9chantillons provenant des principaux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes (terrestres, d&rsquo;eau douce et marins) pour tenter une \u00e9valuation globale de la diversit\u00e9 fongique et de la composition des communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span class=\"s4\">Fungal Diversity and Community Composition across Ecosystems<\/span><span class=\"s4\">. <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Debeljak P, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Baltar<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> F.<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">Journal of Fungi<\/span><span class=\"s4\">. 2023;<\/span><span class=\"s4\">9(5):510. https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3390\/jof9050510<\/span><span class=\"s4\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons trouv\u00e9 les <strong>diversit\u00e9s fongiques<\/strong> les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans les environnements terrestres, d&rsquo;eau douce et marins, ainsi que des gradients prononc\u00e9s de diversit\u00e9 fongique en fonction de la <strong>temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>, de la <strong>salinit\u00e9<\/strong> et de la <strong>latitude<\/strong> dans tous les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes. Nous avons \u00e9galement identifi\u00e9 les taxons les plus abondants dans chacun de ces \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes, principalement domin\u00e9s par les Ascomycota et les Basidiomycota, sauf dans les rivi\u00e8res d&rsquo;eau douce o\u00f9 les Chytridiomycota dominent.
