La dynamique saisonni\u00e8re sugg\u00e8re un <strong>d\u00e9couplage temporel des besoins des procaryotes en Fe et en carbone organique<\/strong> pendant l\u2019efflorescence printani\u00e8re du phytoplancton et un acc\u00e8s concert\u00e9 \u00e0 ces ressources apr\u00e8s l\u2019efflorescence estivale.<\/p>\n<p>Les assignations taxonomiques ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rences dans les groupes de procaryotes h\u00e9bergeant des g\u00e8nes d&rsquo;une cat\u00e9gorie donn\u00e9e li\u00e9e au Fe et des successions saisonni\u00e8res prononc\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es. Gr\u00e2ce aux esp\u00e8ces metagenomique (MAG \u2013 Metagenome assembled species), nous avons pu <strong>d\u00e9chiffrer les g\u00e8nes respectifs li\u00e9s au Fe<\/strong> et au substrat organique des taxons individuels affect\u00e9s \u00e0 des groupes abondants.
