C\u2019est la question au c\u0153ur du colloque de la recherche qui s\u2019est tenu \u00e0 SupBiotech, l\u2019\u00e9cole des ing\u00e9nieurs en biotechnologies, le 31 mai 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des pr\u00e9sentations de posters scientifiques mettant en avant les travaux de recherche men\u00e9s par les laboratoires de SupBiotech, accompagn\u00e9s de pitchs, ont anim\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici les th\u00e9matiques des posters pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par les&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.supbiotech.fr\/programmes\/formation-bachelor\/\">\u00e9l\u00e8ves en bachelor<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le poireau : l\u2019alternative naturelle aux pesticides<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La fermentation, une biotechnologie ancestrale pouvant sauver la terre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les iPSC : une nouvelle \u00e8re pour la m\u00e9decine r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les organo\u00efdes : petits organes, grande technologie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019effet Warburg : facteur central de la progression du cancer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le microscope LightSheet : une r\u00e9volution scientifique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La transformation du mo\u00fbt en vin, entre respiration et fermentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les bio-banques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Plusieurs prix ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9s aux \u00e9tudiants tels que le prix du meilleur poster&nbsp;remport\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019effet Warburg et le prix du meilleur pitch&nbsp;remport\u00e9 par le groupe travaillant sur les bio-banques.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Le colloque de la recherche a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement ouvert par Dr Proux, directrice de SupBiotech, suivie par la pr\u00e9sentation des intervenants par Dr Grimaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grand t\u00e9moin de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, le\u00a0Pr. Guillaume Lecointre, Professeur au\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mnhn.fr\/fr\">Museum National d\u2019Histoire Naturelle<\/a>, zoologiste et conseiller scientifique du pr\u00e9sident du Museum, a rappel\u00e9 que lorsque nous parlons d\u2019<strong>\u00e9volution<\/strong>\u00a0et d\u2019<strong>humanit\u00e9<\/strong>, il est n\u00e9cessaire de se positionner \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>\u00e9chelle plan\u00e9taire<\/strong>, et non nationale. En effet, la\u00a0<strong>pression de s\u00e9lection<\/strong>\u00a0principale qui s\u2019applique \u00e0 l\u2019humain \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle plan\u00e9taire est li\u00e9e aux\u00a0<strong>infections parasitaires<\/strong>. Ainsi, r\u00e9gler les difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9partition in\u00e9galitaire des ressources entre les pays constitue une premi\u00e8re approche pour lutter contre le d\u00e9veloppement de parasites dans certaines r\u00e9gions du monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, l\u2019humain est capable de<strong>&nbsp;se s\u00e9lectionner lui-m\u00eame<\/strong>&nbsp;du fait de ses pratiques. Par exemple, l\u2019homme adulte \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019origine incapable de dig\u00e9rer le lait car il ne poss\u00e9dait pas de lactase, l\u2019enzyme n\u00e9cessaire, \u00e9teinte au moment du sevrage. Les populations humaines ancestrales ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 au m\u00e9lange du lait maternel avec du lait de cheptel ce qui a permis la conservation de la lactase chez l\u2019adulte d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, illustrant le processus d\u2019auto-s\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution humaine est en partie&nbsp;<strong>culturelle<\/strong>&nbsp;mais aujourd\u2019hui de&nbsp;<strong>nouvelles pressions de s\u00e9lection<\/strong>, dues aux activit\u00e9s humaines, se manifestent, notamment avec les perturbateurs endocriniens et les microparticules. Ces probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 publique sont la cons\u00e9quence de nos&nbsp;<strong>pratiques \u00e9conomiques et industrielles<\/strong>&nbsp;abrasives. L\u2019\u00e9volution de demain devra donc \u00e9galement \u00eatre&nbsp;<strong>politique<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>\u00e9conomique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la deuxi\u00e8me partie du colloque, men\u00e9e sous la forme d\u2019une table ronde, se sont joints \u00e0 Dr Julien Grimaud et au Pr. Guillaume Lecointre ; Dr Pierre-Antoine Vigneron (enseignant-chercheur au&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.supbiotech.fr\/laboratoire-celltechs-2\/\">Laboratoire CellTechs<\/a>), Dr Fabien Milanovic (enseignant-chercheur et responsable du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.supbiotech.fr\/pbs\/\">P\u00f4le des Biotechnologies en Soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a>), Dr Patrick Gonzalez (enseignant-chercheur au&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.supbiotech.fr\/lrpia\/\">Laboratoire de Recherche Partenariale en Ing\u00e9nierie Agroalimentaire<\/a>) et&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/eliealtman\">Elie Altman<\/a>&nbsp;(alumni de SupBiotech).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La table ronde s\u2019articulait autour des th\u00e9matiques de l\u2019alimentation de l\u2019humain de demain. Les hommes r\u00e9ussissent \u00e0 produire suffisamment de nourriture mais la probl\u00e9matique semble \u00eatre ailleurs :<strong>&nbsp;comment produire notre alimentation en pr\u00e9servant notre plan\u00e8te ?<\/strong>&nbsp;A cette question sur l\u2019environnement, vient s\u2019ajouter l\u2019importance de questionner la surconsommation de certaines populations et de red\u00e9finir une qualit\u00e9 de vie minimale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs personnes pr\u00e9sentes ont \u00e9galement appuy\u00e9 le fait que le probl\u00e8me \u00e9tait essentiellement politique. En effet, le mod\u00e8le agricole est \u00e0 revoir mais un engagement politique est n\u00e9cessaire pour y parvenir. La taxation de produits ultra transform\u00e9s ou la r\u00e9duction des taxes sur les produits issus de l\u2019agriculture biologique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les d\u00e9cisions politiques \u00e9voqu\u00e9es pour mener \u00e0 cette voie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9bat s\u2019est ensuite ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019<strong>aspect technologique<\/strong>&nbsp;et la fa\u00e7on de consid\u00e9rer le probl\u00e8me. L\u2019exemple des&nbsp;<strong>biocarburants<\/strong>&nbsp;illustre parfaitement ce point. Si nous souhaitions actuellement tous rouler gr\u00e2ce aux biocarburants, il serait n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9dier 100% des terres \u00e0 sa production. En revanche, en r\u00e9duisant nos besoins en carburants il sera possible de rouler \u00e0 100% avec ces biocarburants. Ainsi, nos modes de vie nous exposent \u00e0 certains probl\u00e8mes et contribuent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er nos propres pressions de s\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9sumer ce colloque, nous devons avoir en t\u00eate que l\u2019humain de demain sera soumis \u00e0 une&nbsp;<strong>\u00ab&nbsp;s\u00e9lection naturelle&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong>&nbsp;qu\u2019il s\u2019impose \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame et devra faire face aux d\u00e9fis \u00e9nonc\u00e9s lors de la table ronde.
