Les Bières du Donjon

Les Bières du Donjon is the fruit of an entrepreneurial project based on fermentation.Alexandre Burnier and Romain Flesch (class of 2012) founded this artisanal brewery in Clamecy (Nièvre). Les Bières du Donjon participates in several medieval festivals and its beverages are sold in various shops and establishments.

MyData TRUST

MyData-TRUST was cofounded by Gautier Sobczak (class of 2014) with the aim of helping life science firms comply with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which affects all players in the industry. MyData-TRUST provides training, assesses the compliance of current and proposed company processes, and offers guidance for the day-to-day management of personal data in accordance with GDPR requirements.
